I have yet to come across a bank I actually like having something to do with. I don’t understand why large financial institutions have to be so harsh. Their policies and documentation sometimes require a law degree to understand. They generally treat their customers like numbers, and imbeciles. They offer absolutely no customer service, and hardly ever a solution. And, worst of all for me, their websites are typically appalling.
