Intra Company Communication

Instead of being just a simple file repositary where everyone in your organization shares or stores files, Ecofiling also serves as an email client, thanks to its messaging application. It’s extremely easy to use, just follow the steps below.
  1. Log on to your Ecofiling account.
  2. Click on the Messaging tab on the top right hand corner of your account page and you should arrive at your Ecofiling inbox. This is where you’ll receive messages that are sent to you.
  3. Next, click on the Compose tab to send messages to your colleagues.
  4. Enter the subject of the message you’re sending under Subject, then the message itself under Message, and then select the people who’ll receive this message; You can select everyone in the organization, colleagues in a specific department, or just a specific person.
  5. Last but not least, click Send Message and you’re done.
You can check sent messages by clicking on the sent messages tab.

Out With The Old And In With The New

Remember the offices of old where physical company records of all sorts were all stored in rows of metal filing-cabinets, and how much of a pain it was to sort through the old stuff to make space for newer documents? Well, even with the advent of digital document storage facilities, it’s still a hassle to go through old files and delete the irrelevant ones. With this particular inconvenience in mind, we here at 2Large2Email have come up with a niffy feature that makes it much easier for all our 2Large2Email users to manage their online filing cabinets.
Instead of manually searching for an old file in your 2Large2Email filing cabinet and then deleting it to make space for new files, we have a new feature under Admin Functions that allows you to schedule files of up to 12 months old to be deleted automatically. To program this feature, just follow these simple steps.
1) Log on to your 2Large2Email account page.
2) Click on the Filing Cabinet tab, and then the Admin Functions one.
3) Here, you’ll have the option to set the length of time (between 1 to 12 months) a file stays in your filing cabinet before being deleted automatically.
4) Lastly, check the box to be sure that you want these files deleted periodically, and then click on Delete My Files.
Should you choose to lengthen or shorten the time your files stay in your Filing Cabinet, you can always go back and re-program it again.

Sophisticated Yet Extremely User Friendly

With all these new features we’ve been adding on to 2Large2Email on regular basis, you might find it sightly daunting to use. However, fret not. For starters, our user interface is intuitive enough so you’ll be able to zone in on only the features you want to use. If you want to take a stab at our added features to increase company efficiency and productivity, but you’re not sure where to start, we have an extremely intuitive instructional video section which details in simple steps how to use each of our given features. We understand that when it comes to businesses, not everyone has the time to experiment with a new program or feature. So with each new feature we’ve implemented, we’ve also added a short instructional video on how to use it.

Files, files, and more files

Here at Ecofiling, we understand that your company may very well have, in the excess of, thousands of digital files being shared around by hundreds of your employees on a daily basis. That’s why we’ve come up with plenty of file customization options to make it as easy and as efficient as possible for your employees to share files.

In addition to file sharing in the public domain, there’s also a private file section where your employees can store files online for their own future reference.

To do so, just follow the steps below

1) Click on the Filing Cabinet tab on the row of tabs at the top of your account main page.

2) Next, click on the Private Files tab on the row of tabs in the middle of the page.

3) There should be an option to “Add A Private File” now. Click on it.

4) Select the files to be uploaded with the Browse button, and then upload them by clicking Upload.

5) You should then see a progress bar and once it finishes loading, the file should appear on your Private Files page.

Remember, these files are only accessible by the person that uploaded them.

Ecofiling Is Green

If the latest spells of extreme weather in southern Australia are anything to go by, global warming is very real and is fast upon us. That’s why we’ve decided to incorporate measures that will help protect our environment into Ecofiling. For instance, all ecofiling accounts will have their carbon emissions offset at no extra cost. This is just one of our many small commitments to helping our environment.
